It’s really simple to use.
There’s only one dial with three settings: Off, Heat and Heat Motor.
While you’re melting your chocolate (you have to do this separately, and you’ll need between 500g and 600g), turn the dial to Heat mode to let the base warm up.
Pour your melted chocolate into the bowl at the bottom of the fountain, then switch to the Heat Motor setting to send the chocolate up the central spiral so it can cascade down over the tiers.
You need a particular kind for chocolate fountains – it has to have a bit more fat in it than usual or it won’t flow properly.
Removable stainless steel tiers are easy to clean.
Holds 500g to 600g chocolate.
